2 eggs
2 lettuce leaves
seasoning sauce (see below)

Seasoning Sauce

4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice wine,
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
black pepper to taste

Combine.

Seasoned Red Pepper Past

2 tbsp red pepper paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed

1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seed
1 tsp salt

Cut the beef into thin strips and stir-fry with
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seed
1 tsp green onion
1/2 tsp garlic
touch of black pepper

Cut the bracken into 2 inch lengths and stir-fry in
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seed
1 tsp green onion
1/2 tsp garlic

Cut the cucumber into pieces and sprinkle with salt. Squeeze out the moisture and stir-fry in
1 tsp salt and
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Scald the bean sprouts in
1/2 cup boiling salt water, drain and mix with
